Casey's Clean – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client ("you") and Casey's Clean ("we," "our," or "the Company") regarding the provision of residential cleaning services.

1. Services Provided

Casey's Clean provides professional residential cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Dusting
  • Vacuuming
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Surface sanitizing and general tidying

Exclusions: We do not perform services involving:

  • Fecal matter
  • Vomit
  • Biohazard materials of any kind
  • Pest infestations (see Section 3)

2. Appointments and Access

Clients must ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time. If access is not granted or if we are locked out, a full service fee may still apply.

3. Additional Fees

Extra charges will apply for the following:

  • Presence of bugs, pests, or infestations
  • Laundry services
  • Window cleaning (interior or exterior)
  • Deep cleaning of areas with excessive buildup or hoarding conditions

Fees will be discussed and approved before any additional services are performed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted forms: Cash, credit/debit card, or pre-approved electronic payments.

Late payments may incur a 10% fee after 7 days.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged at full rate.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. No refunds are provided after service is rendered.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Secure and store all valuables before the service appointment.
  • Provide safe working conditions and disclose any potential hazards.
  • Ensure pets are secured and do not pose a risk to our staff.

8. Liability

We are insured and will take all reasonable precautions during service. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
  • We are not liable for damage due to improperly installed fixtures or furniture.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe or hazardous environments
  • Disrespectful or inappropriate client behavior
  • Violations of these Terms and Conditions

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
